FEES & DEPOSITS

APPLICATION FEE:  A $75/ per applicant. Subject to income and qualification guidelines, credit history, and criminal background check. HOLD DEPOSIT: Your $500 hold deposit will be applied toward your move in cost. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Currently we require $131.50 bond up to 2 months rent  (credit dependent)

PET FRIENDLY

We accept up to three cats and/or dogs per apartment home and require a one-time non-refundable pet fee and pet rent per pet.  We do accept all dog breeds, however we do not permit exotic pets.

UTILITIES

As a resident, you will be one of the first to experience a home that is pre-wired with fiberoptics in downtown Hartford. This service is 100 times faster than DSL. Each apartment is responsible for set-up and payment of all utilities.
